This 1 hr session covers the basics of starting or developing an "early stages" business including:
- motivation and vision
- the 4 phases of development
-3 legs every entrepreneur must know.
You'll also get an introduction to the Start-up Business Advisor service (New to the Kootenays) and the Self-Employment Program (a landmark program over 30yrs old) both delivered by Community Futures Central Kootenay.

There will be time for an optional 30 minute Q&A at the end of the session
