In Business Plan 101, learn the essential elements and skills necessary to create a comprehensive and effective business plan. The workshop will cover: 

  1. Key Components of a Business Plan: learn the essential sections of a business plan, such as the executive summary, company description, market analysis, products or services, marketing and sales strategy, organizational structure, operations, financial projections, and funding request (if applicable). 
  2. Market Research and Analysis: discover how to conduct thorough market research to identify your target market, understand customer needs, assess competition, and analyze industry trends. This knowledge will help you make informed decisions and tailor your business plan to meet market demands. 
  3. Financial Planning and Projections: learn the fundamentals of financial planning, including how to create realistic financial projections, develop a budget, estimate revenue and expenses, calculate break-even points, and assess the financial viability of your business. 

By the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to create a well-structured and persuasive business plan that sets the foundation for your entrepreneurial journey.
