The West Kootenay Building Attainable Housing Symposium brings together housing providers, building professionals, local governments, and community leaders for a full day of learning and collaboration focused on attainable housing solutions.
This event is designed to build capacity across the region to support the creation of attainable housing. Attendees will hear directly from experienced housing practitioners and learn about real projects led by community-based housing societies and non-profits. There will be a focus on development models that do not rely on BC Housing funding, as well as collaborative approaches to advancing housing in our region. Curious what the day will include? View the full agenda here: Housing Symposium Agenda.
Participants will have opportunities to connect, share ideas, and identify opportunities to move attainable housing projects forward.
